REGISTRATION

 

   In order to register for the 2019 classes at the Campana Art School, a registration form must be completed. Teacher assignments for classes will be on a first come, first serve basis. Every effort will be made to place you in the class of your choice. A NON REFUNDABLE deposit of $50.00 per session must accompany the registration form. There will be no registration accepted without a deposit.

  As your registration deposit is received you will be placed according to a number. If first choice class is filled you will be placed according to your other choices listed. If a student does not list alternate choices, the student will be placed in a class that has an opening.

   Full tuition must be made by November 10th, 2018. NO EXCEPTIONS and/or you will loose your class preference. Class assignments and additional information will be mailed at a later date.

  All classes are subject to cancellation. A $25.00 service charge will be deducted from all refunds. No refunds will be made after November 30th, 2018.

   There are two ways a registration form can be submitted:

   First, you can request that a registration form be mailed to you by clicking on the button to your right. A regisrtation form and school flyer will be mailed to you. You fill out the registration form and mail it, with your deposit, to the address in the flyer.

   Second, you can fill out a registration form online by clicking on the button to your right. A registration form will appear which you can fill out following the instructions. The registration deposit will be paid by cedit card which is at the bottom of the form.
